Dear All,

In tomorrow's class we will be focusing on breathing and linking the breath with movement.We will observe the way our breath flows in through the nose and out through the nose. It has been researched that conscience breathing brings calm and quietness, relaxing the mind. Each breath brings oxygen and life to the cells of the body and provides an opportunity to connect with the present. Our main focus will be our attention on the way we breathe through our movements.
