Our Trainers
Adrian is our dance instructor / co-ordinator. He choreographes cool dance moves for events and competitions. He conducts Dance Fusion, Hip Hop Abs etc. Lycha is our lady instructor specializes in Hi Lo and Cardio Kickboxing.
